Seattle heavy metal outfit Telomyras is dropping their first full-length album, Duskfall, on May 8. This comes three years after their self-titled debut EP. And they just released the album’s first single, “Attrition,” which is available now.
Duskfall blends classic heavy metal with extreme metal elements. Expect a riff-driven assault, with aggressive guitars reminiscent of bands like Sanctuary and Megadeth. Also, listen for a dual lead guitar attack inspired by classic and progressive metal.
Sammie Gorham’s vocals are a standout, moving from classically trained opera highs to guttural screams that crank up the brutality. With new drummer Gavynn Peterson on board, bringing power and technique, Telomyras is set to make their mark.
